Any issue with the data distribution list should be reported by the customer within 15 days from the date of delivery for us to resolve* the issue, if not we wouldn't be liable for any further issues.
In any event once a payment has been processed, no refunds would be provided to customer.
Resolution of an issue depends on the type of requests received from the customer. In most of the cases we try to replace the distribution list in the similar category as purchased in the invoice and accommodate reasonable customer requests. But it is solely at the discretion of ProB2Bhub to decide if the data distribution list needs to be replaced or not.
